Voltage Converter, 48 V/12 V -A7-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- De-energize the 48V system. Refer to 48V SYSTEM, DE-ENERGIZING .

-- Open the cover for the right luggage compartment side trim panel.

-- Free up the wiring harness -1-.

-- Remove the nuts -2, 4, 6 and 7-.

-- Free up the wire -3-.

-- Remove the voltage converter -5- with the bracket.

-- Disconnect the connector -2-.

-- Slide the cover -1- to the side in direction of -arrow- to release it and then open it.

-- Disconnect the connectors -1 and 3-.

-- Remove the nut -arrow- and free up the wire -2-.

-- Remove the voltage converter with the bracket.

-- Remove the bolts -3 and 5-.

-- Remove the nut -1- and the wire -2-.
