Roof Frame Cover, Removing And Installing, A5 SPORTBACK: Removing

-- Open the rear lid.

-- Remove the clips -1 and 4-.

-- Loosen the roof frame cover retaining bolt -2- from the mount -3-.

-- Remove the side roof frame cover -5-.

-- Open the rear lid.

-- Carefully warm the roof frame cover -5- using the :VAS1978/14A  .

-- Loosen the trim panels -3-.

-- Loosen the roof frame cover retaining bolt -1- from the mount -2-.

-- Pry out the catches -4- and loosen the roof frame cover from the body.

-- Remove the roof frame cover.
