Bumper Cover Bracket, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the impact member. Refer to IMPACT MEMBER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

CAUTION:

Pyrotechnical components can deploy unintentionally.

Risk of injury.

- Discharge the static electricity: quickly touch the door striker.

-- Vehicles with pedestrian protection: disconnect the connector -1- from the pedestrian protection crash sensor and free up the wiring harness -2-.

Vehicle without Radiator Shutter:

-- Remove the screws -arrows-.

-- Push the mounting bracket -2- with the release cable for the release lever hook in the direction of the lock carrier.

-- Remove the bumper cover bracket -1- forward.

-- Disconnect and free up the connector -3-.

-- Remove the left and right bolts -arrows-.

-- Push the mounting bracket -2- with the release cable for the release lever hook in the direction of the lock carrier.

-- Remove the bumper cover bracket -1- with the radiator shutter toward the front.
