The belt pulley is made of plastic and is sensitive to impact, therefore be especially careful when handling it.
If the drive plate overload protection -C- has triggered, the drive plate can be pried off of the belt pulley -D- after removing the circlip -A-
To optimize noise reduction, a circlip -A- with a vulcanized rubber disc is installed. Refer to OVERVIEW - A/C COMPRESSOR BELT PULLEY, "Denso" VERSION "2" and the Parts Information.
