Hydraulic Pump Motor, Removing And Installing: Removing
-- Remove the hydraulic pump and move it to the side with the hydraulic lines still connected. Refer to HYDRAULIC PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
TIP:
Before removing, place a cloth or a collector tray under the pump to catch any hydraulic fluid that may leak out.
- Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions. Refer to GUIDELINES FOR CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .
-- Open and close the fluid filler plug -arrow- one time to reduce the pressure.
-- Hold the pump and the motor vertically for a few minutes to drain out all the hydraulic fluid into the reservoir.
-- Release the catches -2- and pivot the cover half to the side in direction of -arrow-.
-- Remove the cover -1- from the motor.
-- Disconnect the connector -1- by pressing the retainer in direction of -arrow- and removing the connector.
-- Remove the screws -arrows-.
-- Remove the motor -1- by slightly tilting it off of the valve block -2-.
