Hydraulic Line On Valve Block, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the hydraulic pump and move it to the side with the hydraulic lines still connected. Refer to HYDRAULIC PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

• Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions. Refer to GUIDELINES FOR CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .

-- Open and close the fluid filler plug -arrow- one time to reduce the pressure.

-- Remove the bolts -2- and push the base plate -1- to the side -arrow A-.

-- Remove the hydraulic lines -3- from the valve block.

If a hydraulic line is being replaced:

• Remove the hydraulic line from the hydraulic cylinder. Refer to HYDRAULIC LINE ON CYLINDER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
