1. Cylinder Block
2. Alignment Sleeves
3. Transmission Side Sealing Flange
   • Replace after removing
   • With gasket
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to SEALING FLANGE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, TRANSMISSION SIDE .
   • Before installing, remove oil residue from crankshaft journal with a clean cloth
   • The guide sleeve may only be removed after the sealing flange has been slid onto the crankshaft journal.
4. Bolt
   • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
5. Drive Plate/Dual Mass Flywheel

   Drive Plate for Vehicle without High-Voltage System

   • Removing and Installing. Refer to DRIVE PLATE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

     Dual mass Flywheel for vehicle with High-Voltage System

   • Removing and Installing. Refer to FLYWHEEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
6. Bolt
   • 60 Nm +90°
   • Replace after removing
7. Needle Bearing
   • For version with manual transmission
   • Replacing. Refer to NEEDLE BEARING IN DRIVE PLATE, REPLACING .
8. Intermediate Plate
   • Be careful not to damage or bend when installing
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Fig 3.

Transmission Side Sealing Flange - Tightening Specifications and Sequence

-- Tighten the bolts -1 to 8- in stages in the sequence shown.
