1. Adhesive Bead
2. Glass/Paint Primer
3. Sunroof Frame

• Dimension -a- = 8 mm
• Dimension -b- = 13.5 mm
• Dimension -c- = note the different distances to the sunroof frame. Refer to OVERVIEW - ADHESIVE BEAD ON SLIDING SUNROOF .

TIP:

The adhesive bead cross section is determined by the nozzle tip opening and the rate of application.

-- Position the entire surface of the nozzle -2- on the sunroof frame.

• Application direction -arrow- for the adhesive bead -1-.

-- Insert the sunroof frame into the roof opening.

• The sunroof frame must be installed within 15 minutes or the adhesive sealant will not bond correctly.
