WARRANTY
If it was possible to remedy the cause of the complaint by performing a repair, and if this repair corresponds with Audi warranty guidelines, bill the component causing the complaint on the service number.
If there are no faults or if no repairs are necessary, billing under warranty/goodwill is not permitted.
