SERVICE
Due to the susceptibility of the electronic components in the front and rear air conditioning controls to cleaning agents and disinfectants, excessive use of such agents should be avoided when cleaning the vehicle.
When cleaning with professional equipment (e.g. Tornador ® cleaner), it is recommended to seek the expertise of cleaning companies.
If defective air conditioning controls or any type of switch or touch panel show residue of cleaning agents or disinfectants in the component, the warranty claim will be rejected.
WARRANTY
This damage is due to outside influence and is not covered by any Audi Warranty.
