Noises from the headliner or noises from the panoramic sunroof.
TECHNICAL BACKGROUND 1
On vehicles with a panoramic sunroof, noises may occur at the connection between the headliner and the sunroof frame. These noises are caused by the clips of the headliner. Please refer to various technical service bulletins (TSBs)!
In the past, these complaints were often assigned to the sunroof frame with service number 6028 → THIS IS WRONG!
The clips belong to the headliner. In future, please assign such repairs to the headliner using service number 7084 and damage code 0020!
