1. Alignment Sleeves
   • Quantity: 2
2. Oil Drain Plug with Seal
   • Denso: 30 Nm
   • Denso: seal can be reused
   • Sanden: 15 Nm
   • Sanden: seal can be reused
   • Seals, sealing surfaces and threads must not indicate visible damage, contamination or particles.
3. A/C Compressor Bracket
   • There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to SUB-ASSEMBLY BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
4. O-Ring
   • Replace. Refer to the Parts Information for the version.
   • Coat with refrigerant oil before installing. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT SEALS .
5. High Pressure Side Refrigerant Line
   • Refrigerant Line, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING AT A/C COMPRESSOR .
6. Screw
   • Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - REFRIGERANT LINES .
7. Low Pressure Side Refrigerant Line
   • Refrigerant Line, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING AT A/C COMPRESSOR .
8. Screw
   • Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - REFRIGERANT LINES .
9. O-Ring
   • Replace. Refer to the Parts Information for the version.
   • Coat with refrigerant oil before installing. Refer to REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT SEALS .
10. Screw
    • Quantity: 3
    • There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.

      Steel bolt with threads on head

    • 25 Nm

      Steel Bolt

    • 25 Nm

      Aluminum bolt

    • Replace after removing.
    • 8 Nm +180°
11. A/C Compressor Regulator Valve -N280-
    • Check using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester and refer to the appropriate Wiring Diagram.
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to Refrigerant Circuit Components, Replacing or COMPONENTS, REPLACING .
12. A/C Compressor
    • There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
    • Refrigerant Line, Disconnecting and Connecting. Refer to REFRIGERANT LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING AT A/C COMPRESSOR .
    • Removing and installing from the bracket. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING FROM BRACKET .
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
13. Electrical connector
    • For A/C Compressor Regulator Valve -N280- and A/C Clutch -N25-
14. Belt Pulley with Overload Protection
    • There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
    • Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - BELT PULLEY .
    • With or without the A/C Clutch -N25- depending on the engine and the A/C compressor.
15. Ribbed Belt
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
