Fuel Rail, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the intake manifold. Refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the high pressure pipe (refer to HIGH PRESSURE PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING ), no preliminary work is necessary for that.

-- Disconnect the connector -1- for the Cylinder 1 Fuel Injector -N30-.

-- Disconnect the connector -2- for the Fuel Pressure Sensor -G247-.

-- Unclip the wiring duct -3- or free up the wiring harness.

-- Place a cloth underneath to catch leaking fuel.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and pull the fuel rail off the fuel injectors -4-.
