Radiator, Removing And Installing, AUDI A4/A5: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

• If there are small impressions on the slats. Refer to RADIATOR AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .
• Used coolant cannot be used again.

-- Install the charge air cooler. Refer to CHARGE AIR COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- If removed, install the headlamp. Refer to HEADLAMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Connect the coolant hose to the connector coupling. Refer to Figure.

-- Fill the cooling system. Refer to COOLANT, FILLING USING Cooling System Charge Kit: VAS6096 [DMTA, DPAA, DPUA, DPVA, DMTC, DRYA, DUVA] .
