Control Module, Removing And Installing: Removing

• All wheel drive clutch is installed.
• The ignition is off.
• Pay attention to the general repair information. Refer to REPAIR INFORMATION .

-- Position the Engine and Gearbox Jack: VAS 6931  with the Engine/Gearbox Jack - Gearbox Support: T10337  under the tunnel brace and loosen the bolts -1-.

-- Slightly lower the rear transmission.

Continuation for All 

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the driveshaft heat shield -1- (if equipped).

-- If equipped, remove the bolts -1- and remove the heat shield -2-.

-- Remove the connector -3- from the All-Wheel Drive Control Module -- -4-.

-- Unclip the cable on the all-wheel drive clutch -arrow- and move it to the side.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove the all-wheel drive Control Module -- from the all-wheel drive clutch and set it slightly at an angle and remove downward.
