- Right Flange Shaft

- Do not confuse with the left flange shaft, they are different
- Protective Ring
- Replacing. Refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - SEALS, 0D3 "quattro sport" AND 0BX "quattro sport" .
- Installation position. Refer to Fig 2.

- Not installed on all versions
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Fig 2.
- ATF Breather Pipe
- For the left chamber
- Clip onto the bleed pipe

- With strainer
- Hydraulic Control Unit
- With the All-Wheel Drive Pump -V415- and lines to the chambers

- Disassembling and Assembling. Refer to OVERVIEW - HYDRAULIC CONTROL UNIT 0D3 AND 0BX .

- Circlip
- Always replace.
- Installing. Refer to the appropriate Service Information .
- Gear Oil Check Plug
- 15 Nm

- Final Drive Bleeder
- Clip onto the bleed pipe
Protective cap installation position
-- The protective cap -A- is clipped into the groove behind the ATF breather pipe -B-.
- The protective cap must be present on both sides on the ATF breather pipe.
Replacing the protective cap
Depending on the version the version closed protective caps are installed.
CAUTION:
Possible accumulation of water in the area of the protective caps.
Possible mixing of the ATF with water.
- The closed protective caps must be replaced by the half-open protective caps.
-- To open release the left and right tab from the catch -arrow- and remove the protective caps.
