PROTECTIVE RING ON FLANGE SHAFT, REPLACING, 0D3 AND 0BX "quattro sport"

• The ring can only be replaced with the final drive and the flange shaft removed.

• The rear final drive is removed. Refer to FINAL DRIVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
• Flange shaft removed. Refer to LEFT SEAL, REPLACING, 0D3 "quattro sport" AND 0BX "quattro sport" .

Carefully press the ring A onto the flange shaft.

• Protective ring -A- installation position: the larger outer diameter on the protective ring faces the Bearing Installer - Wheel Bearing: 3345  .
