Sun Shade, Removing And Installing, Rear Window: Removing

-- Remove the rear shelf. Refer to REAR SHELF, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Using the :80-200  , unclip the left and right sun shade guide rail -1- at the indicated areas -arrows-.

-- Pivot the top part of the guide rail -1- slightly inward and use a screwdriver to release the retainers -2-.

-- Remove the guide rail upward from the connecting piece on the sun shade.

-- Repeat the procedure for the guide rail on the opposite side.

-- Remove the sun shade screws -1- in the luggage compartment.

-- Disconnect the connector -arrow- from the sun shade.

-- Slightly lift the sun shade -1- and carefully pull it forward out of the mounts -arrow- on the rear window frame.

-- Detach the sun shade -1- from the back part of the rear shelf -2- by using a screwdriver to first release the catch mechanisms and then remove the rear shelf.
