Inner Window Shaft Strip, Removing And Installing, A5 Cabriolet: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- Attach the inner window shaft strip -3- on the B-pillar. While doing so, the sealing tab -5- must engage in the B-pillar and the sealing tab -4- must touch the body seam.

-- Attach the inner window shaft strip to the door seal.

-- Install the inner window shaft strip retainers -6- on the outside of the B-pillar.

-- Insert the inner window shaft strip end -2- into the mount for the outer window shaft strip -1-.
