Inner Door Seal, Removing And Installing, A5 Coupe: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

Install the inner door seal -A- on the body flange in the sequence -1 to 7-.

-- Press on the inner door seal on the edge of the upper B-pillar and on the bracket.

-- Attach the inner door seal in the area of the A-pillar and B-pillar a hand wide.

-- Attach the inner door seal on the bracket and completely press on the retainer knobs.

-- Attach the inner door seal to the center.

-- Press the retainer knobs on the A-pillar.

-- Attach the inner door seal on the side sill.

-- Push the inner door seal on the roof trim molding along the entire length of the A-pillar/B-pillar and side sill.
