Rear Door Window, Removing And Installing, A5: Installing

• Gap dimensions. Refer to ADJUSTMENT DIMENSIONS .

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

-- Insert the door window forward at an angle into the door window guide and then rotate it back into the door shaft.

-- Carefully slide the door window parallel downward into the clamping brackets.

-- Press the door window down into the clamping brackets.

TIP:

Before installing the bolts, check that the door window is seated in the clamping bracket mounts.

-- Tighten the bolts.

-- Adjust the door window. Refer to REAR DOOR WINDOW, ADJUSTING .
