Door Handle, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the door handle trim. Refer to DOOR HANDLE TRIM, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- If the bolt -2- for the adapter -1- is covered, release the catch in direction of -arrow A- and remove the adapter to the side in direction of -arrow B-.

-- Equipped on some models: remove the exterior door handle illumination bulb. Refer to EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLE ILLUMINATION BULB, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- If equipped, remove the front exterior door handle switch. Refer to FRONT EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLE SWITCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -1 and 3-.
