Overview - Underbody Bracing, A4 And A5 SPORTBACK

CAUTION:

There is a risk of explosions and fatal injuries due to damaged natural gas tanks.

- The natural gas tank must be checked for damage if components in the rear side or rear area are removed due to damage, such as the bumper cover, rear lid, underbody trim panels, longitudinal members, rear lid end piece, etc.

- Check for damage on fuel tanks. Refer to the appropriate Service Information .

- 55 Nm
- Quantity: 4
Bolt
- 50 Nm + 90°
- Replace after removing.
- A4: quantity 5
- A5 Sportback: quantity 4
Diagonal Brace
- Right
- g-tron: different attachment point layout
- Removing and Installing. Refer to REAR DIAGONAL BRACES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, A4 AND A5 .
Diagonal Brace
- Left
- g-tron: different attachment point layout
- Removing and Installing. Refer to REAR DIAGONAL BRACES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, A4 AND A5 .
Bolt
- 50 Nm + 90°
- Replace after removing.
- A4: quantity 5
- A5 Sportback: quantity 4
Tunnel Brace
- Removing and Installing. Refer to TUNNEL BRACE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
