Emergency Call Module Antenna -R263-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, SEDAN, EXCLUDING RUSSIA, FROM MY 2019 WITH CONNECT PLUS (IV1 THROUGH IV8): Removing

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment and remove the ignition key.

-- Remove the rear shelf. Refer to REAR SHELF, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect the connector.
