Front Interior Lamp/Reading Lamp, Removing And Installing, Vehicles With Panorama Sliding Sunroof: Removing
-- Loosen the catches of the trim all around, to do so push the : T40233 starting at the front in the gap between the outer trim -1- and the roof module housing -2-.
-- Remove the outer trim.
-- Carefully remove the inner trim for the switch vertically downward from the interior lamp.
Overview Front Roof Module -WX3-. Refer to OVERVIEW - Front Roof Module -WX3- .
-- Place a plastic scraper -1- at the left and right between the roof module -3- and the headliner in the area of the side clips -2- and push from the top over the clip by turning -arrow-.
- The clips must be pressed the direction of the roof module and must not engage in the headliner anymore.
- Overview Front Roof Module -WX3-. Refer to OVERVIEW - Front Roof Module -WX3- .
-- Engage the T-Handle Hook :3438 in the front hole and on the roof module and carefully pull vertically upward using a jerking motion in direction of -arrows-.
-- Remove the roof module from the fount out of the headliner opening.
-- Disconnect the connector and free up the wiring harness.
