12 V Socket 4 -U20- /12 V Socket 5 -U26-, REPLACING: Removing

-- The release tabs -2- on the :T40148  must engage in the 12 V socket openings -3- in the direction of -arrow-. To do so, the threaded rod -1- must be slid all the way down.

-- Open the mount cover -2- and hold it in that position.

-- Slide the :T40148  all the way into the 12 V socket -3-.

-- Turn the thumbwheel -1- on the :T40148  clockwise all the way to the end stop.

• The piston -2- is pulled upward and the release tabs -1- on the :T40148  spread in the direction of -arrows-.

-- Remove the 12 V socket from the luggage compartment side trim panel cover.

-- Disconnect the connector.
