This bulletin applies to MY22-25 A4, A5, Q5 vehicles only.
Customer states:
- The EPC Lamp lights up.
- "Drive system: fault" appears in the instrument cluster.
Workshop findings:
The following DTC are stored in the Engine Control Unit -J623- (address word 0001):
- P060C00 - "Internal Control Module Main Processor with Symptom Code DFCC 44160".
- U041600 - "Invalid Data Received From Vehicle Dynamics Control Module with Symptom Code DFCC 34193".

Software issues within the Engine Control Unit.
PRODUCTION SOLUTION
This bulletin will be updated when more information is available. A solution is currently under development.
SERVICE
- If the customer's vehicle condition matches the condition listed in the Technical Background of this PSS TSB, explain to the customer that there may be multiple lights on dash but will not affect the performance of the vehicle. Explain to the customer that a solution is expected Q2 of 2025 (subject to change) and that no repairs are necessary at this point.
- Do not replace any components for this condition since this will not resolve the customer's concern.
- Create a PSS record in the PSS application through the Pending Service Solutions (PSS) link in AccessAudi (under Related Links >> Service ).
