CONDITION
Customer states:
A request to log in again with the customer's myAudi data appears on the MMI in the vehicle for no good reason; the request states that the user has not been active for a while, although this is not the case.
Workshop findings:
The complaint can be reproduced in the workshop.
TECHNICAL BACKGROUND 1
The information on the date of the last login was not saved correctly. A clean-up process in the backend has already taken place.
PRODUCTION SOLUTION
Not applicable.
SERVICE
Delete the affected user from the MMI. Lock the vehicle and wait for bus sleep mode. Log in the myAudi user in the MMI again.
If this process is not successful, reset the MMI to factory settings and complete the setup assistant.
