The VIN plate and/or B-Pillar Safety Certification label require replacement.

SERVICE
When a new VIN plate or B-Pillar Safety Certification label is required:
- Save all VIN plates and/or B-Pillar Safety Certification labels removed from the vehicle until the new VIN plate or label arrives.
- Visit Access Audi at www.accessaudi.com and select "App Links" from the upper ribbon.
- Choose from either the Parts menu or the Service menu, then select the Compliance Label Ordering Portal.
- Enter the VIN into Quick VIN Order of the VIN-Specific Items tab of the Order form.
- Select the desired label.
- When requested, enter the weight information from the original B-Pillar Safety Certification label. This information will be required to complete the web-based form.
- The completed web-based form will be electronically routed to the Compliance Label Coordinator for approval.
- The compliance Label Coordinator will take the necessary steps to fulfill the request.
- Once the VIN plate and/or Safety Certification label is received from Audi AG, the Compliance Label Coordinator will provide the label to the dealership.
