TECHNICAL BACKGROUND
Examples of mark, dirt, and stains on the sill panel trim (Figures 1-2).
PRODUCTION SOLUTION
Not applicable.
SERVICE
- Clean the sill panel trim with a fine polish. The dirt and deposits can be removed with the polish (Figures 3-4).
Claims for replaced parts will not be reimbursed.
WARRANTY
This damage is due to outside influence and is not covered by any Audi Warranty.
