Noise or vibration complaints on the wheels.
Workshop findings:
The noise complaint can be reproduced and assigned to the wheels.
TECHNICAL BACKGROUND 1
To ensure quick and effective repair support and field observation, precise information depending on the cause is required. Photos of an imbalance or missing weights of the alloy wheel are required, and the tire information sheet must be completed.

- All technical queries relating to imbalance, missing weights, vibrations, radial force fluctuations or tire damage.
- All warranty claims relating to imbalance, missing weights, or tire damage.
- With this information, it should be possible to narrow down the cause of the complaint and perform a repair. Technical Support is not aware of any other causes of this complaint.
WARRANTY
Warranty claims relating to imbalance, missing weights or tire damage caused by alloy wheels or by tires may only be possible with photo documentation and the tire information sheet. It must be possible for Technical Support to confirm the complaint on the basis of the information provided.
