Bumper Cover, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Push in the front wheels and loosen the wheel housing liner near the front bumper cover. Refer to FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Use the :T40172C  with the :T40172/1  to remove the expanding rivet -arrow-.

-- Remove the bolt -1-.

-- Remove the expanding rivet -arrow-.

-- Remove the bolt -1-.

Continuation: 

-- Remove the lock carrier cover. Refer to LOCK CARRIER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- If equipped, free up the antenna wires -1- and disconnect the connector -2-.

-- Remove the screws -arrows-.

-- Remove the bolts -1 and 2-.

-- Disengage the side piece from the front side panel in direction of -arrow A- and remove the bumper cover -3- slightly with the help of a second technician in direction of -B arrows-. 

-- If equipped, disconnect the central connector -2-.

-- Disconnect the connector -1-, if equipped.

-- Remove the bumper cover.
