Rear Lid, Removing And Installing, A5 SPORTBACK: Removing

-- Remove the rear lid upper trim panel. Refer to REAR LID UPPER TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect the connectors and the antenna wires and free up the wiring harness.

-- Lift the locking spring -2- gently with a small screwdriver and remove the spindle motor -3- from the ball pin.
