Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

To secure the adjusting buffer, the Pop Rivet Screw :WHT 005 180  must be inserted using the Pop Rivet Pliers :VAG1765C  and Pop Rivet Pliers - Supplement Pieces VAG1765C/2. -- Adjust the adjusting buffer. Refer to HEIGHT, ADJUSTING USING ADJUSTING BUFFER .

Install in reverse order of removal and note the following:

-- Check the seal -2- between the adjusting buffer and the rear lid for damage.
