Inner Window Shaft Strip, Removing And Installing, A5 Cabriolet: Removing

-- "Open" the rear side window.

-- Remove the rear side trim panel. Refer to the appropriate service information in VEHICLE INTERIOR TRIM PANELS .

-- Tape off the body -3- near the B-pillar/window shaft strip.

-- Using the :T40233  , slightly press off the outer window shaft strip -1- from the body seam -2- near the B-pillar.

-- Remove the inner window shaft strip -3- from the mount -2- for the side window.

-- Disengage the inner window shaft strip retainers -1- at the outside of the B-pillar and remove it from the body seam underneath the outer window shaft strip -4-.

-- Remove the inner window shaft strip.
