Convertible Top Compartment -Open- Switch -F407-, Removing And Installing: Removing
-- Bring the convertible top into its service position. Refer to Position : .
-- Remove the side trim panel for the convertible top compartment. Refer to the appropriate service information .
-- Disconnect the connector -arrow- and free up the wiring harness.
-- Release the securing tab -1- in direction of -arrow- open the bracket downward and remove the cable holder -7- from the lower ball pin.
-- Release the catch -6- and remove the cable holder with the wiring harness from the hydraulic cylinder -5-.
-- Release the catches -2- and remove the cover -3- from the hydraulic cylinder -1-.
-- Cut through the cable ties -4-.
-- Turn the hydraulic line -2- to the side.
-- Remove the bolt -3-.
-- Remove the switch -1-.
