Sunroof Shade, Removing And Installing, A5: Removing

-- Remove the glass panel. Refer to GLASS PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, A5 .

-- Unscrew the screws -arrows- at the cover.

-- Disengage the right and left cover in direction of -arrow 1- and remove toward the front in direction of -arrow 2-.

-- Move the sunroof shade slightly ² /₃ toward the rear.

-- Turn the sunroof shade slightly toward the rear in direction of -arrow- until the sunroof shade can be locked using the :T40011  .

-- Disengage the sunroof shade from the mounting.

-- Release the guide using a screwdriver in direction of -arrow 1- and fold upward in direction of -arrow 2- at the same time disengage the sunroof shade guide strap from the guide.

-- Unclip the gliding piece from the operating cable mount in direction of -arrow 1- and remove toward the front in direction of -arrow 2-.

-- Disengage the gliding piece on the guide rail in direction of -arrow- and remove the sunroof shade.
