Installing servomotor for the eccentric shaft

• Replace seal (1).

  Parts:  Gasket

• Press the gasket (1) in to the stop on the housing.

• Grease the gearing (1) of the eccentric shaft servomotor (2) in the marked  area.

  Parts:  lubricating. grease

  Consumable 

  Lubricating grease Longtime PD-1

  400 g, Cartridge

• Clean motor oil from the sealing surface (1).

• Insert the servomotor (1) to the gearing.
• Turn the drive shaft of the servomotor (1) to the right until the servomotor (1) is flush with the cylinder head.

• Tighten down screws (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Electrical servomotor to cylinder head
  M6	Tightening torque	10 Nm

• Connect connector (1).

• Clip in the coolant hose with the clamp (1) on the holder (2).

  NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
  Make sure that the connections are locked correctly. The locks must engage audibly.
• Feed in the tank vent line (2) and connect it to the tank vent valve in the marked area.
• Connect the tank vent line (2) to the intake plenum and tighten the screw (1).

  	Tightening torque	5 Nm
