Replace auxiliary heater

Preliminary works

Remove front UNDERBODY PROTECTION/FRONT THRUST FIELD and/or front stiffening plate.
Remove the front lower wheel arch COVER .
Remove the WHEEL .
Remove the front section of the front wheel arch COVER .
Extend AUXILIARY HEATER with holder.

Release spring band clamp (1) and pull off coolant hose (2) .

Unclip fuel line (1) from holder.
Loosen nut (2) and pull off exhaust pipe from auxiliary heater (4) .
Pull off connecting hose (3) from stationary heating (4) .

Loosen screws (1) .
Remove auxiliary heater (2) from holder (3) .

Follow-up Work

Install AUXILIARY HEATER with holder.
Install the front section of the front wheel arch COVER .
Clean the CONTACT SURFACES between the brake disc and the wheel rim.
Mount the WHEEL .
Reset the TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR .
Install the front bottom wheel arch COVER .
Install front UNDERBODY PROTECTION and/or front stiffening plate.
Fill the HIGH-TEMPERATURE COOLING SYSTEM with the vacuum filler device
Fill the LOW-TEMPERATURE COOLING SYSTEM with the vacuum filler device
