Install expansion valve
- Replace O-rings.
Parts: O-rings
- Correctly position the expansion valves (2).
- Tighten the screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Expansion valve to heater - A/C M5 Tightening torque 5.5 Nm
Follow-up work
- Connect the expansion valve REFRIGERANT LINE
- Attach the intake pipe BRACKET .
- Install left intake filter housing with left FRONT-END STRUT .
- Install coolant EXPANSION TANK .
- Install the cylinders 5 to 8 control unit BRACKET .
- Install top clean AIR PIPE .
- Install the left DME control unit COVER .
- Install acoustic COVER .
- Reconnect all battery GROUND LEADS .
- EVACUATE and charge conditioning.
