- Position the convenience charging electronics (KLE) (2).
WARNING:
Potential equalization in high-voltage system.
Mortal hazard if the potential equalization screw connection is not correct!
Mortal hazard if the potential equalization screw connection is not correct!
- Observe the safety requirements for the potential equalization screw connection.
- Clean contact faces and have then checked by a second person.
- Tighten the screws/nuts for potential equalization with torque; have a second person check the torque.
- Correct execution of these tasks must be documented in the vehicle records by both persons.
- Tighten nuts (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Holder for convenience charging electronics (KLE) to body M6 Tightening torque 8 Nm - Connect and lock the coolant line (2).
- Connect and lock the coolant line (1).
- Unlock and disconnect the special tools 2 336 647.

- Connect and lock the high-voltage connectors (4).
- Connect and lock the high-voltage connectors (3).
- Connect and lock the high-voltage connectors (2).
- Connect and lock the high-voltage connectors (1).
- Connect and lock the signal line connectors (1).
- Clip the signal line (1) in.
Follow-up work
- Connect the low-temperature coolant circuit COOLANT LINE
- FILL the low-temperature cooling system with the vacuum filling equipment
- Install rear UNDERBODY PROTECTION .
- Install the front.UNDERBODY PROTECTION/FRONT THRUST FIELD
- Reconnect all battery GROUND LEADS .
- ACTIVATE high-voltage system.
- Install flap in right luggage compartment TRIM PANEL .
- VENT the low-temperature cooling system.
- FILL AND VENT the low-temperature coolant circuit.
