Positioning the camshafts of cylinder bank 2
- Adjust camshaft positions of bank 2.
The cams (1) must be located roughly in the illustrated position.
Ensure that the increment wheels (2) face the exhaust camshaft bearing cap and the intake camshaft bearing cap.
NOTE:
Description is for right component only. The procedure on the left side is identical.
NOTE:

- Make sure that the ground surfaces of the camshafts (1) point upward.
- Ensure that the rounded surfaces (1) point downwards to the cylinder head.
- Check timing again and assess.
