Removing the cell module lid

Prerequisite 

Cell module must be placed on the workbench. The workbench must be clean and free from oils and shavings.

• Unclip lugs (1) with 2 298 505  and carefully remove the lid.

• Place the cover (1) from the scope of parts 8849422  on the cell module immediately after removing the lid.

Check 

• Check the cell degassing units in the marked area for damage.

Result 

» You can continue if the cell degassing units are not damaged.

Measure

• If the cell degassing units are damaged, the cell module must be replaced.
