Removing the trim panel for the storage shelf
Removing both C-pillar trim panels
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
Remove C-pillar trim panel
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
- Disengage the C-pillar trim panel (1) inward from the clamp (2) and the clips (3).
- Feed the C-pillar trim panel (1) out and upwards.
Removing left and right backrest side section
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
Remove armrest side section
- Grip behind backrest side section (1) from above and unclip backrest side section (1) to the front from detent (2).
- Guide out the backrest side section (1) from the rear seat in arrow direction and remove.
Remove rear seat bench
Remove rear seat bench
- Unclip the rear seat in the area (1) upwards from the detents.
- Unlock and disconnect the plug connections in area (2).
- Remove the rear seat and thereby feed out the lower straps (3).
Remove rear seat backrest
- Loosen screws (1).
- Detach the rear seat backrest (2) upwards out of the guides (3).
- Feed out and remove the rear seat backrest (2) from the safety belt.
Removing the trim panel for the storage shelf
- Version with SA416:
Release the screws (1) the trunk.
- Loosen screws (1).
- Guide out seat belt end fittings (2) from the body.NOTE: The description is for one component only. The procedure is identical for all further components.
- Unclip the cover (1) in arrow direction.
- Feed out the seat belt finisher strip (2).
- Loosen the expanding rivet (1).
- Lift the trim panel (2) for the rear shelf a little and unlock and disconnect the underlying plug connections.
- Remove the trim panel (2) for the rear shelf to the front and feed out the safety belts (3).
