- Perform the running-in procedure.
- Do not exceed the idle speed during running in.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
The intake process for the new air conditioning compressor can be performed either manually or with a diagnostic system.

- Manual:
- Switch off the air conditioning.
- Set all ventilation outlets in the dashboard to "OPEN".
- Start the engine and allow the idle speed to stabilize.
- Set the blower output to a minimum of 75% of the maximum blower output.
- Switch on the air conditioning and allow the engine to run at idle speed for a minimum of 2 minutes .
- Switch off the air conditioning and blower.
- Stop engine.
- Perform the following service function with the diagnostic system:
- Body
- Heating and air conditioning functions
- Run-in protection for A/C compressor
