If installed: releasing the active stabilizer (additional work for ARS)
Remove the cover for the steering assembly on the right
NOTE:
Description is for left component only. Procedure on the right side is identical.
Remove the cover of the steering assembly
NOTE:
To provide a better overview: Schematic diagram with partially hidden components.
- Release all bolts (arrows).
- Remove cover (1).
Remove the front right wheel arch cover front section
NOTE:

Remove the front section of the front wheel arch cover
NOTE:
To provide a better overview: Schematic diagram with partially hidden components.
- Remove screws (arrows).
- Guide out the front section (1) of the front wheel arch cover.
Releasing the wiring harness of the active stabilizer
- Unlock and disconnect the plug connections (1) and (2).
- Unscrew the bolt (1) on the front axle support and slide the wiring harness mounting to the side.
- Release the screw (1) and thread out the wiring harness.
