Installing the pressure line between the evaporator and air conditioning condenser
- Replace the O-rings of the refrigerant lines (2).
Parts: O-rings
- Position refrigerant line (2) correctly.
- Tighten down screws (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Refrigerant line to air conditioning condenser/connecting piece M8 tightening torque 19 Nm - Close the holder (2).
- Tighten down screw (1).
- Connect and lock the connectors (1) on the pressure switch (2).
- Replace O-rings of the pressure line.

- Tighten the nut (2) on the pressure line (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Refrigerant line to expansion valve/connecting piece M6 tightening torque 13 Nm - Position the bracket (2) of the pressure line.
- Tighten down screw (1).TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
Refrigerant line holder M8 screw tightening torque 19 Nm
