Loosening high-voltage cables on the electrical machine electronics

- Do not repair damaged high-voltage cables, high-voltage connectors and high-voltage components. They must always be replaced with new parts in their original packaging.
- If high-voltage cables, high-voltage connectors and high-voltage components are damaged and contact protection is not longer provided, technical support must be contacted immediately.

- Loosen clamp (1).
- Remove screws (arrows).
- Feed out the sealing frame (2) and remove.
- Release the screws (1) and remove the upper section of the holder for the tension relief.
- Unclip high-voltage cable (2) in the marked area and detach from the rubber grommet (3).
- Unlock high-voltage connector (4) and detach.
- Release screws of the holder (1) for tension relief.
- Unlock connector (2) and detach.
- Unlock high-voltage connector (3) and detach the high-voltage cable.
- Loosen screws (1).
- Detach high-voltage connector (2) straight upwards.
- Detach high-voltage cable (1) from the holder in the marked area.
