Installing both tie rod ends
Installing tie rod end
- Screw tie rod end onto the tie rod up to dimension (A), which was determined before removal.
NOTE:
If necessary, hold the tie rod with an opened wrench for counter support.
- Tighten down screw (1).
TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS

- Position the tie rod end (2) on the swivel bearing.
- Replace nut (1).
Parts: Nut
- Tighten nut (1).
NOTE:
If necessary, counter-hold at the Torx socket.
