Install the coolant return line for the exhaust turbocharger

• Check the O-ring (1) for damage and replace it if necessary.
• Wet the O-ring (1) with coolant.

  Consumable

  Technically suitable antifreeze and anti-corrosion agents

• Protect the ventilation slots of the alternator (3) against dirt with a lint-free cloth.
• Position the coolant feed line (2) at the Y-connector.
• Tighten down screw (1).
  TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION
  
  

  Coolant line from exhaust turbocharger to bracket
  M6x30	tightening torque	8 Nm

• Clip the coolant feed line into the area (1) at the holder.

• Connect and lock the coolant line (1).

  The retaining clip must engage audibly.
